Acceptable Use Policy

Omoggle Game is a live, camera-on, audience-judged 1v1 arena. The format only works when everyone keeps it safe and respectful for everyone else on the other side of the lens. This policy explains what's allowed, what isn't, and what happens when someone crosses the line.

1. The age rule

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the live arena. Pretending to be under 18, or showing anyone under 18 on camera, results in an immediate permanent ban and, where required, a report to the relevant authorities.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

These rules apply to live 1v1 on-camera conduct and to any photo, prompt, or result in paid Face mini-games (Guess Your Age, Celebrity Look-Alike, Meet “The One”). You may not generate, upload, request, or present:

• Pornography / NSFW
• Violence / Gore
• Hate Speech
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Deepfakes / Impersonation
• Copyright / Trademark Infringement

A violation of any category above is an instant ban without refund. We may report unlawful material in these categories to the relevant authorities.

3. Other prohibited behavior

The following also results in an instant ban without refund:

• Any content involving anyone under 18, or impersonating anyone under 18.
• Asking other users for paid personal-contact, companionship, or similar off-platform services.
• Harassment, bullying, or publishing another user’s private information.
• Unlawful activity shown on camera.
• Virtual cameras or other tools that disguise who is on camera in the live arena. Use your real face in matches.
• Recording or redistributing an opponent’s camera feed without consent. The platform itself does not record.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or directing users off-platform for anything in this policy.
• Bots, scripts, scraping, automated voting, alt-account collusion, or other manipulation of matchmaking, voting, or ELO.

4. Encouraged behavior

• Resting face beats forced expressions. Be yourself.
• Good lighting, eye-level camera, head-and-shoulders framing.
• Skip if a match feels off — no questions, no penalties for legitimate skips.
• Use the report button on anything that violates this policy.
• Keep audio off unless the format calls for it (current format is silent).

5. Reporting & moderation

We rely on a layered moderation approach:

• The 18+ confirmation shown at the live 1v1 queue entry reminds users of the age and behavior rules before each session of live matches. Solo features (PSL scan, The Lab) don't trigger it.
• The 15-second round timer bounds the impact of any single bad actor.
• The skip and report controls let you remove yourself from a match instantly and flag the opponent.
• Repeated reports plus ELO/win-rate signals trigger automatic temporary bans pending review.
• Manual review by the Omoggle team for severe incidents.

6. Consequences

Depending on severity, violations of this policy can result in:

1. A warning (first-time minor violation).
2. Temporary timeout from matchmaking (24 hours – 30 days).
3. ELO reset to baseline.
4. Permanent device/IP/email ban.
5. Forfeit of any paid Pro upgrade without refund.
6. Report to relevant authorities when the law requires it (including anyone under 18, or other unlawful conduct).

7. Reporting illegal content

If you have encountered unlawful content, please email abuse@omogglegame.com immediately with as much detail as possible (timestamp, opponent handle if visible). We treat these reports as the highest priority and respond within hours.

8. Appeals

If you believe a moderation action was applied to you in error, email support@omogglegame.com with the device or email associated with the ban and a brief explanation. We aim to review appeals within 3 business days.

9. Changes

This policy will evolve as the platform and the threats to it evolve. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Material changes will be posted on the website and (if you're a paid customer) emailed to you.
