Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Omoggle Game ("Omoggle", "we", "our", "us") collects when you use omogglegame.com (the "Service"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to all users, including paid customers.

1. Summary in plain English

• Arena PSL stays on your device. The live-match keypoint scan runs in your browser. Live 1v1 video is peer-to-peer (WebRTC); we do not store the media.
• R2 and Google models only after you buy a Face mini-game. A photo is stored briefly on Cloudflare R2 and sent to kie.ai (which runs Google Gemini 2.5 Flash) only if you purchase Guess Your Age, Celebrity Look-Alike, Meet “The One”, or the all-three bundle, and then submit a photo. Free play, live 1v1, and on-device PSL never write photos there. The file is deleted after the job finishes.
• What we keep is minimal: ELO history, match outcomes, analytics you consent to, and — if you buy — the email and order ID the payment partner shares with us.
• We do not sell personal data. Google AdSense may use cookies or identifiers for ads as described below.

1A. What Omoggle is — and what it is NOT

Because some user-generated camera platforms have been associated with prohibited categories, we want to be unambiguous about what this Service is:

• It is a 1v1 timed video face-off game with an on-device facial-keypoint score and a global ELO leaderboard.
• Arena PSL is geometric measurement in the browser, not a general-purpose AI generator.
• Face mini-games are optional and paid. They use Google Gemini 2.5 Flash via kie.ai, and only for that paid photo run — not for live 1v1 scoring, and not required to play the free arena.
• It is not a personal-matchmaking site, casual-meeting platform or romance-matching service. Matches are short, anonymous, game-bound 1v1 video rounds for ranking purposes only.
• It is a general-audience game with an 18+ gate for live matchmaking. Prohibited on-camera conduct is enforced via the camera permission flow, the queue acknowledgment, and the right to ban without refund — see our Acceptable Use Policy.

Who can use the Service

The Service, including live 1v1, Face Tests, and the rest of the site, is restricted to users 18 years or older. A session 18+ acknowledgment is shown before live matchmaking. This is not government ID verification.

2. Data we collect

2.1 You provide directly

• Display name and preferences stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Optional.
• Email address when you make a purchase, contact support, or claim a Pro unlock.
• Support correspondence if you email us.

2.2 Collected automatically

• Match metadata — anonymous IDs assigned per session, queue start/end timestamps, match outcomes (win/loss/forfeit), audience vote splits, ELO deltas. Used for matchmaking, leaderboard and abuse detection.
• Device and usage analytics — page views, button clicks, viewport size, referrer, approximate region (from IP geolocation), browser type. Collected via Google Analytics 4 (gtag) with anonymized IP.
• Technical logs — request timestamps, error messages, signaling-server connection events. Retained up to 30 days for security and debugging.

2.3 Camera & microphone

When you start a camera check or PSL scan we request camera access via your browser's standard prompt. Frames are processed by the open-source MediaPipe FaceMesh model running locally inside your browser. Live 1v1 camera is relayed peer-to-peer (WebRTC). We operate the signaling channel; we do not store the media.

Cloudflare R2 and Google models via kie.ai are used only when you buy a Face mini-game and submit a still photo to run that paid feature. The file is stored temporarily on R2 so Gemini 2.5 Flash can read it, then deleted after the job finishes (or shortly thereafter via lifecycle rules). Buying VIP matchmaking, playing the free arena, or opening a Face Test page without a paid generation does not write a photo to R2 or kie.ai. We do not use those photos to train our own models.

3. Payment data & Merchant of Record

Card numbers are entered on the payment partner's hosted checkout and never reach Omoggle servers.

• Waffo Pancake — Merchant of Record for new checkouts when that checkout is enabled. They receive the billing details you enter and share with us order ID, email, product and amount so we can unlock access. See Waffo's consumer help at docs.waffo.ai.
• Subotiz — processor for existing VIP and Face Test orders placed before the Waffo switch. Those subscriptions keep billing with Subotiz until cancelled.
• Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) — legacy one-time Omoggle Pro / Deep Face purchases. No new Creem checkout.

The partner that charged you can issue refunds under its own Merchant-of-Record rules. See the Refund Policy and Billing.

4. How we use data

• Operating the Service (matchmaking, ELO, leaderboard, voting).
• Securing the Service (fraud, abuse, vote manipulation, bot detection).
• Providing customer support.
• Processing purchases and refunds (with Waffo Pancake, Subotiz, or Creem as applicable).
• Improving the product (aggregated, anonymized analytics).
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms.

5. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

We process personal data on the following bases: contract (to provide the Service you requested), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, aggregate analytics), consent (where required for analytics or optional features) and legal obligation (tax, accounting, lawful requests).

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with:

• Waffo Pancake — new purchases and refunds (when that checkout is live).
• Subotiz — existing subscriptions and historical Face Test / VIP orders.
• Creem — legacy one-time purchases only.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection. Temporary R2 photo storage only for a paid Face mini-game generation you submit.
• kie.ai — routes a photo you submit after buying a Face mini-game to Google Gemini 2.5 Flash.
• Resend — restore-code emails if you bind an email.
• Google Analytics — usage analytics after you accept optional analytics cookies.
• Google AdSense — display advertising on the site. Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies or use web beacons or IP addresses as a result of ad serving. See How AdSense uses cookies and How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell personal data. We do not send Google your camera frames, Face Test photos, PSL scores, match history or payment email. This site uses Google Consent Mode v2. Advertising storage stays denied in our banner (non-personalized / limited ads). Analytics storage is granted only if you click Accept.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence (typically in the EU or US). Where required, we rely on European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to safeguard transfers.

8. Retention

• Match metadata & ELO history: up to 24 months from last activity.
• Purchase records: at least 7 years (tax and accounting law).
• Support emails: up to 24 months from last reply.
• Analytics events: up to 14 months (Google Analytics retention).
• Server logs: up to 30 days.

9. Your rights

Subject to local law (including GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
• Restrict or object to certain processing;
• Receive your data in a portable format;
• Withdraw consent for analytics;
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@omogglegame.com. We respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies & local storage

We use a small number of cookies and localStorage entries:

• omeggle_age_ok — remembers that you confirmed 18+ before entering the live 1v1 queue, for the current session.
• omeggle_profile_v1 — your local PSL/ELO profile (so it persists between visits).
• omeggle_pro_unlock, omeggle_gender_vip_v1, Face Test keys — local unlock records after payment.
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_…) after you accept analytics.
• Google AdSense / DoubleClick cookies if the ad tag sets them for delivery or frequency capping. See the Cookie Policy table.

You can clear cookies and localStorage from your browser at any time, or reopen Cookie Settings.

11. Age eligibility

The Service is restricted to users 18 or older. If someone under 18 has used the site, email support@omogglegame.com and we will delete related personal data we hold.

11A. Security incidents

If we become aware of a personal-data breach that is likely to affect you, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority where required and, where feasible, affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 14 days in advance when practicable.
