The fastest way to reach us is by email. We don't have a phone line, and we don't use a ticket system that swallows messages — all support goes to a real human inbox.
Support — billing, refunds, technical issues
When emailing about a payment or refund, please include your
order ID from your receipt (often
gmm_, gml_, wgm_, or a
Waffo / Subotiz / Creem ID) so we can find you instantly. For
cancel, start at /billing.
Abuse reports
For urgent safety reports — anyone under 18, serious harm, or another user’s private information being shared — please email abuse@omogglegame.com. We treat these as the highest priority and respond within hours.
For ordinary in-app reports (rude opponents, spam, etc.) the Report button next to each match is the right channel — it ties the report to the specific match metadata and goes into our moderation queue.

For press inquiries, sponsorship, integrations or business partnerships, email hello@omogglegame.com. Please mention your publication or company name in the subject line.

About us
Omoggle Game is a small, independent team building a 1v1 mog battle game on top of modern web tech (WebRTC, MediaPipe FaceMesh, Cloudflare Pages). The site is intentionally lightweight — no uploads required to play the free arena. New paid checkouts use Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record when that checkout is enabled. Existing Subotiz and Creem purchases stay valid. Hosting is on Cloudflare. The site may show Google AdSense ads. Analytics is Google Analytics with anonymized IPs after you accept cookies.
We are not affiliated with Omegle, Omoggle.com, or any other third-party brand referenced for SEO purposes on the marketing page. The 18+ acknowledgment is a session gate, not legal ID verification.
